RUGS MAKING PROCESS
We are having a sound infrastructure of manufacturing (weaving, finishing etc.) in our own campus. We maintain it at every step with all efforts for hearty satisfaction consistently and providing full texture and shining. We are having lots of designs and colors {traditional/ modern} with good textures certainly will boost up trade as well as always developing new designs according to the market trends.
RAW MATERIAL SELECTION
The best wool is sourced and processed.
DYEING/PROCESSING
K.W.Carpets dyes wool to over 1200 colors. The dyes used in the production of rugs are eco-friendly and are safe for humans.
DRYING
WASHING UNIT
The finished weaved carpet is then goes for washing i.e. Chemical Finishing. Washing of carpets in our campus. Washing removes dust, fine particles, swelling of fibers, soft fibre and finally, the required softness and luster are achieved. Washing is done with water mixed with soap, bleaching powder and other natural chemicals.
CLIPPING UNIT
We have own good clipping units in our campus for the production of handmade carpets qualities.
WEAVING UNIT
Artisans weave the rugs from a provided rug map.
We have own good looms in our campus for the production of handmade rugs.
FINISHING
Finishing is the final step of the manufacturing process that gives the carpets the final desirable characteristics, including enhanced appearance and perfection. This is one of the hardest process, and the most important process, because it includes the cleaning of uneven threads, and final check is done, giving it a clean, luxurious and even look, so that the life of the carpet is not decreased, and it gives that wow factor in the rug. The completed rugs are evened out, trimmed and prepared for export.
PACKING
Post the quality conformance, the rugs are packed with the moisture resilient wrapping material with appropriate safety and handling instructions and are ready to be delivered.
FINISHED PRODUCT: SHOWROOM
The dried carpets are given final touches by re-trimming and stretching, where ever necessary. The purpose is to bring the fabric woven in level at the surface.Then The finished rug is purchased by a customer to transform there living spaces.
